The Private Client Wealth Manager is a pivotal role within the firm, providing support to leadership on investment evaluation, portfolio management, client presentations, marketing, and client service. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist lead wealth advisors with evaluating and managing client portfolios, including portfolio implementation, rebalancing, reinvestment of proceeds, loss harvesting, cash activity, and trade execution.
- Prepare and present client-facing materials, leveraging strong Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentation skills.
- Support lead advisors with client prospecting and new business development initiatives.
- Opportunity to become the primary wealth advisor on selected clients within the first year while assisting the team with broader client portfolios.
- Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients, maintaining high professional standards.
- Apply a thorough understanding of the firm’s public markets investing philosophy and alternative investment strategies.
- Provide financial planning support, incorporating best practices and sound recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Registered Investment Adviser Representative (IAR) or eligibility; holding or pursuing CFA, CFP, or CPA/PFS designation, or passing the Series 65 or 66 exams.
- 5 years of relevant financial advisory experience, ideally with demonstrated success in exceeding goals and delivering exceptional client service.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced certifications preferred.
- Strong analytical ability and sound judgment with a high attention to detail.
- Highly organized, technically proficient, and able to manage data independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborative team player with the flexibility to work independently and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
- Familiarity with Charles Schwab custodial services is a plus.

Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
