On-Site Greeter / Sales Concierge
Department: Sales – Wilmington, NC
Reports To: Sales Manager
Position Summary
The On-Site Greeter/Sales Concierge serves as the first point of contact for prospective homebuyers visiting Terrapin. This individual creates an exceptional first impression by providing outstanding hospitality, managing guest registration, supporting the sales team, and ensuring the Welcome Center and model homes are presentation-ready. The role is instrumental in delivering a seamless customer experience while supporting sales operations and community events.
Customer Experience
- Welcome every visitor in a warm, professional, and engaging manner.
- Register all visitors accurately in the CRM system.
- Conduct initial discovery conversations before introducing prospects to a Sales Consultant.
- Offer refreshments and provide community maps, brochures, and sales materials.
- Maintain a welcoming, professional atmosphere.
Sales Support
- Coordinate customer handoffs to Sales Consultants.
- Assist with appointment scheduling and calendar management.
- Prepare and maintain sales collateral, pricing sheets, and community information.
- Support CRM data entry and record accuracy.
- Assist with administrative and follow-up activities.
Community & Model Home Presentation
- Prepare the Welcome Center each day (lights, refreshments, coffee, cleanliness, music, etc.).
- Monitor inventory of hospitality supplies and marketing materials.
- Walk model homes daily to ensure presentation standards.
- Report maintenance, housekeeping, landscaping, or safety concerns promptly.
Community Knowledge
- Maintain knowledge of community amenities, homesites, floor plans, schools, shopping, dining, and local attractions.
- Answer general community questions before introducing prospects to the Sales Consultant.
Events & Administrative Support
- Support community events, Realtor events, grand openings, and customer appreciation events.
- Process mail, packages, filing, copying, and other administrative duties.
- Assist with special projects assigned by Sales Management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of customer service, hospitality, administrative, retail, or new home sales experience preferred.
- CRM experience is a plus.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
