Core Responsibilities
- Set up and install shop systems such as vehicle lifts, compressed air systems, and related equipment
- Perform inspections and routine servicing to prevent breakdowns
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical problems on-site
- Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate service solutions
- Complete service work independently while maintaining a professional presence
- Track labor, materials, and service details for each job
- Follow all workplace safety practices and operational procedures
- Maintain readiness of tools, parts, and service vehicle
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with mechanical systems in automotive, industrial, or similar environments
- Strong diagnostic ability across both electrical and mechanical components
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
- Solid communication skills for customer interaction
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Ability to handle physically demanding work and lift heavy equipment
- Full-time, steady work schedule
- Hourly pay between $25.00 and $35.00 based on experience
