- Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on-site
- Evaluate customer locations to determine service or installation requirements
- Complete service work independently while maintaining clear communication with clients
- Record details of work completed, materials used, and recommended follow-up
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Maintain tools, parts inventory, and service readiness
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Hands-on experience with automotive or industrial equipment
- Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills
- Familiarity with automotive shop environments
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying conditions
