Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.
- Assist customers with general questions about menu items and restaurant offerings.
- Take, confirm, and communicate customer orders accurately.
- Assist with food and beverage preparation or service as assigned.
- Coordinate order details and special requests with kitchen staff.
- Help organize completed orders for dine-in, pickup, or takeout service.
- Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked dining and service areas.
- Clear and reset tables as needed.
- Restock napkins, utensils, containers, beverages, and other service supplies.
- Support cashier and POS duties when required.
- Follow food-safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and workplace procedures.
- Assist with opening, closing, and routine restaurant duties.
- Work cooperatively with kitchen staff, servers, and supervisors.
- Communicate customer concerns or service issues to the appropriate team member.
Qualifications
