This Bonds Administrative Assistant supports the preparation, review and distribution of bond transcripts and related legal documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This role manages multiple concurrent projects, coordinates with internal teams and external consultants, assists with contract review and board meeting materials, and maintains organized records and client information. Must have strong attention to detail, discretion and the ability to prioritize independently are essential.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited University
- 2-5 years of professional legal/administrative experience
- Ability to learn quickly and work under tight deadlines
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including word, excel, Adobe Acrobat and Dropbox
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Resourceful problem solver with strong judgment under pressure
- Strong proofreading with attention to detail
- Experience drafting, reviewing and editing legal or transactional documents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salary : $55,000 - $70,000
