Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete proposal lifecycle—from kickoff through final submission.
- Develop proposal outlines, schedules, assignments, and production plans.
- Coordinate content contributions from sales, delivery teams, and subject matter experts.
- Write, edit, and format proposal sections and supporting documents.
- Ensure all content meets RFP requirements, is accurate, and reflects company standards.
- Create or support the development of proposal graphics, templates, and visual layouts.
- Oversee production and delivery of final electronic or printed proposals.
- Organize and maintain a centralized library of proposal materials and a Proposal Toolkit.
- Ensure proposals reflect a unified voice and consistent messaging across contributors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Some experience in proposal management, proposal writing, RFP coordination, or project management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams at all levels.
- Ability to work independently with high attention to detail and accountability.
- Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook.
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to support or develop visual elements such as graphics and layouts.
- Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, grammar, and formatting skills.
- Ability to combine content from multiple contributors into a cohesive, professional proposal.
- Strong project management and time-management skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and quality-focused.
- Ability to create schedules and ensure team adherence to deadlines.
