About the Role
This is a field-first role where you'll take full ownership of your projects — from early construction through final delivery. You'll be the one running the job, managing subs, working directly with clients, and making sure things get done right.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Oversee all on-site construction activities, including schedule, quality, and subcontractor coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leading weekly meetings and ongoing communication
- Proactively identify and resolve issues in the field with minimal oversight
- Maintain daily updates, logs, photos, and documentation in Buildertrend
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and job site activities
- Track project schedules and communicate any changes with clients and internal leadership
- Manage change orders, punch lists, and final walkthroughs
- Ensure job sites maintain high standards for quality, safety, and organization
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, and internal teams
Experience & Technical Expertise
- 3-5 years of experience in residential construction (Project Manager, Superintendent, or Builder role)
- Experience with custom homes, luxury residential, or high-end production building
- Strong understanding of:
- Structural framing
- MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
- Concrete and grading
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and construction plans
- Experience managing schedules, subcontractors, and project coordination
- Familiarity with Buildertrend or similar construction management software
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and cloud-based tools

Salary : $95,000 - $105,000
