We are looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team in either Clarksville or Hendersonville.
This is a full-time opportunity offering $46/hour, medical insurance, and voluntary benefits. You'll have the autonomy to manage your patient schedule while working alongside a supportive dental team that values communication, quality patient care, and a strong doctor-hygiene partnership.

What You'll Do
- Provide preventive and periodontal hygiene care within Tennessee scope of practice
- Complete patient assessments, radiographs, charting, and clinical documentation
- Educate patients on oral health, home care, and recommended treatment
- Provide a comfortable, professional patient experience
- Communicate clinical concerns and findings with the dentist
- Manage your patient schedule and stay on time throughout the day
- Work closely with the dentist, assistants, and front office team
- Follow infection control and safety standards
- Participate in team meetings, training, and continued learning
What We're Looking For
- Current Tennessee Registered Dental Hygienist license in good standing
- CPR/BLS certification
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Reliable and organized
- Comfortable communicating with patients and teammates
- Patient-focused and professional
- Able to work independently while being a team player
