- Assess and treat patients recovering from injuries or managing chronic conditions in a SNF setting.
- Provide therapy services adhering to professional standards and facility protocols.
- Occasionally handle call or weekend coverage, with schedule adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Active State License required.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- CPR/BLS certification may be required.
- Work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 8-hour shifts.
