- Manage a balanced mix of hematology and oncology cases, seeing approximately 14–16 patients daily.
- Participate in a light call schedule with a 1:2 rotation, covering one week at a time.
- Contribute to patient satisfaction efforts, maintaining high-quality care standards.
- Medical degree with specialization in Hematology and Oncology.
- Ability to handle a mix of hematology and oncology cases.
- Strong communication and patient management skills.
- Experience with advanced cancer treatments is preferred.
- Deliver patient-centered care in a collaborative team environment.
- Participate in rotating schedules, including weekend coverage.
- Maintain high patient satisfaction and clinical standards.
- Support the use of advanced treatment modalities.
