Travel Nurse - RN - Long Term Care

Role: Long Term Care Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for providing skilled nursing care in a long-term care facility.

Responsibilities: Assess patient health, develop and implement care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor residents, support and supervise nursing staff, educate residents and families, document care and health changes, respond to emergencies, collaborate with healthcare teams, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Recent RN experience in long-term care setting
• Valid RN license and current BLS/CPR certification
• Preferred: ACLS certification and other facility-specific certifications
• Critical thinking, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to move equipment and assist residents
• Proficiency in documentation, ability to work under pressure, and effective teamwork
