- Deliver safe, effective nursing care in accordance with organizational standards.
- Apply clinical expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
- Empower and educate patients and their families about health management.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Alaska Registered Nurse License.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- At least one year of nursing experience.
- Strong clinical skills and compassion.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Commitment to patient safety and quality care.
- Ability to adapt to variable shifts and work in a fast-paced environment.
