Role: ICU Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive critical care to ICU patients, including monitoring, administering advanced treatments, operating life-support equipment, and collaborating with healthcare teams. Assess patient conditions, manage complex medications, interpret hemodynamic data, ensure safety, document interventions, and educate patients and families. Maintain proficiency in procedures, follow infection control protocols, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills
- Recent ICU RN experience (minimum one year)
- Valid RN license per state regulations
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform clinical tasks and work effectively in high-acuity settings
- Proficiency in documentation, technical skills, and team collaboration
