Role & Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, rapid-response emergency care in a fast-paced environment.
Assess, triage, and monitor patients, administer treatments, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Explain procedures, prepare equipment, document patient conditions, and respond to life-threatening situations.
Initiate patient education and ensure safety protocols are followed.
Perform other duties within scope of practice, maintaining high standards of safety and ethics.

Qualifications & Skills
- One year of recent ER RN experience
- Valid RN license and current BLS, ACLS, PALS/ENPC certifications
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Physical ability to perform necessary tasks and excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and using technology
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and work effectively with teams
