Role: Trauma Program Manager (RN) responsible for leading and overseeing the trauma program in a high-acuity Level I Trauma Center.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including ACS and state trauma designations.
- Manage trauma registry, data analysis, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with physicians, leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to monitor quality metrics and outcomes.
- Facilitate trauma committees, staff education, development, and community outreach efforts.
- Support survey readiness, accreditation, and continuous program growth.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN); current or eligible for Arizona RN license.
- Minimum of 3 years' emergency or trauma nursing experience, with at least 1 year supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of team building, systems thinking, data analysis, change management, and strategic planning.
- Preferred: 5 years' related experience, MSN, trauma program leadership, and certifications like TCRN, CEN, CCRN.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills required.
