- Assess patients and develop individualized care plans
- Implement and evaluate care plans effectively
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Educate patients, families, and significant others on health-related topics
- Participate in activities to enhance healthcare delivery
- Collaborate and communicate with team members in providing care
- Provide clinical leadership and support lifelong learning
- Complete assigned goals to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Minimum computer literacy required; preferred additional skills as specified
- Valid RN licensure
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire
