Role Overview: The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for assessing patients requiring rehabilitation services, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to achieve patient goals.
Key Responsibilities: Provide skilled physical therapy interventions based on physician orders, evaluate patient needs, modify care plans accordingly, document patient progress, and educate patients and families on therapy methods.
Qualifications & Skills: Must hold a Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, pass the NPTE, have at least one year of experience, hold or be in the process of obtaining a current state license, and possess CPR certification.
Additional Requirements: Graduation from an accredited institution; compliance with facility-specific criteria.
