- Responsibilities: Coordinates and integrates patient care following the nursing process, administers medications safely, supports quality improvement, risk management, and infection control standards. Performs hospital incident command system duties during emergencies, understanding emergency codes and protocols.
- Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing school; licensure, certification (e.g., BLS, ACLS/PALS/NRP) as required. Preferred: recent acute care experience and higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
