Role: Registered Nurse supporting pediatric and neonatal patients across various units including PICU, NICU, Pediatric ED, and PACU.
Responsibilities: Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care as a primary nurse or care coordinator, lead multidisciplinary collaboration, oversee assistive personnel, and perform additional duties as assigned. Focus on patient-centered care with compassion, clinical excellence, and effective communication.
Qualifications: Current Colorado RN licensure, BLS, PALS, ACLS, and NRP certifications. Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred. Two years pediatric/neonatal care experience is preferred.
Skills: Strong critical thinking, effective communication, team management, and collaboration skills to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Duties: Coordinate interdisciplinary care, oversee patient care delivery, and uphold behavioral standards of integrity, compassion, accountability, respect, and excellence.
