Responsibilities Include
- Delivering patient care using nursing assessments and interventions
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Ensuring confidentiality and patient rights are protected
- Flexibility to work day or night shifts with no mandatory weekends or holidays
- Responsible for scheduling a minimum number of hours and availability for short-notice shifts
- Graduate of an accredited RN program; BSN preferred
- Current RN license in the state or compact licensure
- At least 1 year of recent bedside RN experience for Med Surg; 2 years for other specialties
- Certifications: BLS required; ACLS and PALS for Critical Care and ED
- Epic experience is a plus
- Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and flexibly
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
