Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment such as X-Ray, CT, and PACS systems.
- Assist in patient care and support physicians, nurses, and staff during imaging procedures.
- Perform clinical procedures under supervision, ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and laws.
- Document all procedures accurately in paper and electronic records.
- Perform routine maintenance, quality control, proficiency testing, and record-keeping activities.
- Collect lab samples and perform tests following established protocols and regulations.
- Maintain supplies and perform duties as needed, including travel to various facilities and ER support.
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred.
- Certification as a radiologic technologist and ARRT registration required; CT certification mandatory within specified timeframes.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- At least 2 years of radiologic/imaging experience and 1 year of CT and ER experience preferred.
- Proficiency with imaging equipment, hardware/software, and PACS, along with fluency in English.
