Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services in a hospital-based, non-profit outpatient clinic
- Deliver 1:1 patient care with a structured schedule from 8am-5pm, including dedicated documentation time
- Participate in mentorship from experienced outpatient PTs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Doctorate (DPT) or Master's (MPT) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active or pending Tennessee PT license
- Strong communication skills across all levels of care
- Open to both new graduates and experienced PTs
- $10,000 sign-on bonus and annual loan repayment program (PSLF eligible)
