- Providing direct supervision to patients and indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians.
- Supervising PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts.
- Performing duties aligned with departmental policies, treatment standards, and institutional values.
- Current or temporary licensure in the state of practice.
- BLS certification (current before independent patient care).
- Preferred experience of six months to one year, especially with adult and geriatric populations.
- Educational requirements include a Bachelor’s, Master of Science, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 lbs regularly.
- Prolonged standing and walking.
- Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat.
