- Minimum of one-year physical therapy experience or successful completion of a probationary period as a Rehab Intern
- Licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in New York State
- Valid driver’s license required outside Manhattan

- Deliver tailored rehabilitation therapy in patients' homes or care facilities
- Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed
