We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in the Bronx, NY, and have the opportunity to work with geriatric patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Physical Therapist with Hudson In Home Physical Therapy you will have the chance to provide patient-centered care and enjoy working independently in the community. Compensation:$80-85/ 30 min session (depending on volume of caseload)
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat patients in their homes, providing creative and individualized treatment sessions
Engage family and caregivers as needed, providing education/HEP/DME recommendations
Maintain frequent communication with your supervisor and patient representative
Document evaluations and treatment sessions in a timely manner
Treat patients in the home, independently, without an onsite supervisor
Requirements:
Active NYS License and Registration
Eligibility to work in the US
Ability to document evaluations and treatment sessions in a timely manner
Ability to treat patients in the home, independently, without an onsite supervisor
