Facilitate multidisciplinary collaboration, support infection prevention efforts, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
Provide staff education, conduct performance reviews, and foster professional development.
Oversee administrative functions including budgeting, policy development, and system initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree or Associate’s with supervisory experience; preferred West Virginia licensure.
