- Providing comprehensive total joint orthopedic surgical care
- Joining a well-established, busy practice with a robust referral network
- Maintaining full autonomy over practice, schedule, and staff
- Accessing ample OR facilities through a group-owned surgery center and hospital
- Participating in a partnership track with ASC ownership, no buy-in required
- Utilizing onsite services such as rehab, imaging, lab, and pharmacy
- Board-certified/board-eligible in orthopedic surgery
- Fellowship training or experience in total joint procedures
- Strong clinical skills and dedication to quality patient care
- Ability to work collegially within a team
