Responsibilities: Evaluate, plan, and administer occupational therapy services following regulatory standards to ensure quality care. Support and guide Occupational/Physical Therapist Assistants, maintain accurate documentation, develop treatment goals, and implement therapeutic procedures. Instruct and motivate patients in physical activities and assistive device use. Evaluate and fit prosthetic and orthotic devices, coordinate with healthcare team, and document patient progress.
Qualifications & Skills: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution, current unrestricted license in the practicing state, and adherence to professional standards and ethics.
Key Duties: Provide comprehensive therapy services, support team collaboration, develop individualized treatment plans, and ensure safe patient care. Maintain detailed records and educate patients and families for ongoing care.
