Nurse Educator (RN) → "Nurse Educator"

Role: Nurse Educator responsible for training, coaching, and evaluating CNAs and Caregivers in resident care, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct onboarding, orientation, and ongoing training for care staff.
• Provide classroom and hands-on instruction, ensuring competency in tasks and care procedures.
• Supervise and evaluate staff performance, including annual reviews.
• Educate staff on Assisted Living policies, medication administration, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members, residents, and families to support quality care.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Must be licensed RN in the state of Minnesota.
• Experience in Assisted Living or as a clinical educator is preferred.
• Strong communication, patience, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and residents.
  
  

Additional Details: Full-time role with flexible hours, including occasional evening and weekend work. Compensation ranges from $32–$42 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package. The position emphasizes a supportive leadership approach to ensure high-quality resident care.
