Responsibilities
Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care following individualized care plans. Supervise and support CNA and non-licensed staff to ensure safe, effective care. Conduct comprehensive assessments, monitor resident health, and document changes accurately. Develop, update, and implement care plans collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
