- Manage the transplant candidate waiting list and coordinate notifications.
- Develop and maintain databases for patient tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with medical staff to evaluate and manage transplant patients.
- Coordinate outpatient follow-up and patient education activities.
- Assist in interdisciplinary team planning and process improvement efforts.
- Serve on-call for organ procurement and transplantation activities.
- Ensure compliance with standards of care and regulatory agencies.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN); advanced degrees preferred.
- Minimum of three years pediatric nursing experience, ideally in ICU or transplant settings.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Michigan.
