- Provide direct, holistic clinical care to residents within your scope of practice.
- Visit residents daily to assess their physical and emotional well-being, reporting changes to the charge nurse, physician, or director of nursing.
- Identify emergency and resident problems, initiating lifesaving measures when necessary.
- Monitor medication, supplies, and equipment inventory to meet resident needs.
- Complete medical documentation, reports, and charting accurately.
- Report occupational exposures following facility policies.
- Current, valid state LPN license.
- CPR certification.
