- Assisting with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living (ADLs) to support therapy goals
- Monitoring vital signs and neurological status for early detection of changes
- Documenting patient progress to aid care planning and team coordination
- Educating patients and families on recovery milestones, safety, and self-care
- Collaborating with nurses, therapists, and physicians to deliver personalized care
- Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse license (must be obtained within 30 days)
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification (must be obtained within 30 days)
