Role: Full-time Intake Coordinator RN responsible for performing Initial Medical Screening Assessments and coordinating patient care in a psychiatric hospital.
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, collaborate with medical staff to direct patients to appropriate care levels, and ensure smooth intake processes.
Qualifications: Associate's degree in nursing (Bachelor's preferred), active RN license in California, minimum one year of psychiatric or mental health clinical experience, CPR/AED certification, and successful completion of CPI training.
