Responsibilities: Conduct ergonomic assessments, coach employees on proper body mechanics, provide hands-on deep tissue therapy, collaborate with safety teams to evaluate risks and implement injury prevention strategies, maintain detailed documentation, gather employee feedback, and communicate progress to management.
Qualifications & Skills: 2-4 years of injury prevention or related experience, certification in relevant fields (e.g., AT, PT, OT, LMT), proficiency in reporting systems, strong problem-solving, excellent communication, independent yet team-oriented work ethic, and an active, health-conscious lifestyle.
Requirements: Active professional licensure, liability insurance, proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to pass background and drug screening, and relevant experience or credentials.
