- Provide outpatient primary care services to geriatric patients
- Manage a caseload of approximately 18 admissions per day
- Perform annual wellness visits and address acute care needs
- Collaborate with support staff, including medical assistants
- Work on-site during day shifts with call responsibilities
- Board certification required
- Experience with outpatient primary care
- Ability to handle geriatric patient needs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
