We are seeking board-certified or eligible emergency medicine physicians with a California license to join a stable and growing independent practice in Northern California.

- Providing emergency care across multiple sites, including community, tertiary, urgent care, and pediatric emergency departments.
- Utilizing EPIC electronic medical records for patient documentation.
- Managing a diverse patient population with complex medical needs, including geriatric and pediatric cases.
- Work shifts at various times, with opportunities for full-time or moonlighting roles.
- Participating in a collaborative team environment dedicated to high-quality, coordinated care.
- ABEM certification or eligibility.
- Pending or active California medical license.
- Competitive salary with RVU-based pay and a base salary.

- Potential for partnership with additional benefits after two years.
- Salary ranges from approximately $210,000 to $280,000 pre-partner, with earning potential up to $500-$600k as a seasoned partner.
