Role: Behavior Technician responsible for delivering evidence-based ABA therapy to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Responsibilities: Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy, teach communication, social, self-help, and play skills, collect behavior and skill acquisition data, and collaborate with a team of professionals. Maintain professionalism, engage actively with children, and follow treatment plans overseen by Clinical Directors and BCBAs.
Qualifications & Skills: High School diploma or equivalent, tech-savvy with access to a smartphone or device, reliable transportation, willingness to undergo background checks, and provide health documentation. Bilingualism is a plus. Strong communication skills, energetic personality, and ability to work with active children are essential.
Key Duties: Travel to client homes, participate fully in sessions, and support skill development aligned with treatment goals. Commitment to a minimum of 6 hours weekly, primarily afternoons and evenings on weekdays, with flexible part-time hours.
