- Negotiate and draft contracts with clients, vendors, and partners, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Advise on healthcare data licensing, interoperability, and strategic data partnerships.
- Develop and implement legal strategies supporting business initiatives and product offerings.
- Manage outside counsel and collaborate with internal teams on legal and regulatory matters.
- Oversee policies for contract management and compliance, with potential supervision of junior staff.
- Member of the State Bar in good standing with 10 years of healthcare legal experience.
- Expertise in healthcare data privacy, clinical data, AI governance, and data commercialization.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience supporting SaaS, healthcare analytics, or data exchange frameworks preferred.
- Ability to think critically, prioritize tasks, and adapt under pressure.
