Assisted Living Nurse - Full-Time NOC

Role Overview: Provides clinical leadership as a Floor Nurse within a supportive, team-oriented environment, focusing on resident care and staff guidance.

• Key Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, document in EHR, collaborate with care team, and ensure care standards are met.
• Lead shift activities by supporting caregivers, overseeing care plans, and communicating with families and providers.
• Conduct assessments, support staff development, and promote accountability and consistency in care delivery.
• Act as a clinical leader on the floor, guiding and coaching during shifts.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills: Active WA State LPN or RN license, strong assessment and medication skills, effective communication, and ability to support staff. Experience in Assisted Living, LTC, or geriatrics is preferred.
