Primary Job Responsibilities include:
- Monthly general ledger entries and account reconciliations
- Support month-end close and financial statements
- Credit card reconciliations, cash reconciliations, and bank account reconciliations
- Oversee treasury functions – banking and cash focus
- Month/Quarter/Year-End Close Support Activities
- Working within ERP and Excel to complete special projects
- Ad hoc special projects
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or equivalent
- 3 years of General Ledger Experience
- 2 years of Treasury/Cash experience
- Cash/Treasury accounting including overseeing bank accounts
- 2 years' experience with ERP financial software
- Must be proactive personality
- Ability to be in the office in the Cranberry/Mars area daily
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
