Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and submit accurate invoices for government contracts (e.g., T&M, FFP) in accordance with contract terms
- Coordinate billing inputs with project teams (timesheets, expenses, funding, rates)
- Support accounts receivable tracking, collections follow‑up, and billing reporting
- Maintain billing documentation and support audits/compliance efforts
- Identify opportunities to improve billing accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications
- Prior billing experience in a government contracting environment (strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with GovCon contract types (T&M, FFP)
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
