Location: Elyria / West Cleveland (onsite)
Key areas of responsibilities:
- Manufacturing cost accounting
- Standard costing
- BOMs (Bills of Material) and routings
- Labor and overhead rate calculations
- Manufacturing variance analysis
- Inventory accounting
- Multi-plant exposure
- ERP-driven accounting environments
Required qualifications:
- 3 years of progressive manufacturing cost accounting experience
- Comfortable partnering directly with manufacturing leadership
- Able to work independently and drive change
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, or similar manufacturing ERPs
- NetSuite experience is a plus
- Understands how manufacturing transactions flow through the ERP and impact the GL
- Experience establishing standards and improving processes
