Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized rehabilitative therapy to residents
- Guide patients through tailored exercises to enhance mobility, balance, and strength
- Track and document progress to inform care plans
- Educate patients and their families on therapy goals and home exercises
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive treatment environment
Requirements
- Active Colorado Physical Therapist license (required)
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (Including Associate's Degree)
- 1 year of experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply)
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and documentation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Physical ability to support patient mobility and lift equipment repetitively
Salary : $45,000 - $48,000
