What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse-Start of Care position at CHEROKEE NATION HOME HEALTH SERVICE?
Cherokee Nation Home Health Services in a non-profit health care agency that has been in business for 40 years. Although, our main office is located in Tahlequah (Cherokee County), we have clinical staff that that provides health care services to 14 surrounding counties. You do not have to be Native American to apply for CNHHS.
A qualified Start of Care Registered Nurse makes the initial evaluation visit, initiates the plan of care, and administers skilled nursing care to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services/Nursing Supervisor.
Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
- Minimum of two (2) year experience in nursing, preferred
