Hard Rock Tulsa is looking for a Revenue Audit Associate! This is an entry-level opportunity perfect for someone eager to start their career in casino finance. You'll gain crucial experience by reviewing financial records, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring everything aligns with our procedures. This role is all about building foundational skills in accuracy and integrity within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and separate audit paperwork.
• Conduct audits of cashier paperwork for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure proper organization and submission of cashier accounting packets.
• Verify the accuracy of cashier transactions and reports.
• Input cashier report data into spreadsheets.
• Prepare journal entries for accounting systems.
• Maintain records of cashier overages and shortages.
• Research and resolve cashier and department-level discrepancies.
• Expense player points and comps to the appropriate issuing departments.
  
  

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous experience as a cashier or bookkeeper is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and often demanding environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
