Project Manager Responsibilities Include
- Serve as primary point of contact with Government stakeholders
- Manage cost, schedule, and performance across all task areas
- Oversee multidisciplinary teams including scientists, technicians, and analysts
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and contract requirements
- Lead risk management, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage task orders and technical teams
- Track deliverables, schedules, and performance metrics
- Coordinate field activities and resource allocation
- Support staffing and surge requirements
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Engineering, or related field
- 10 years of relevant experience, including federal contract management
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams (25 personnel preferred)
- Strong knowledge of environmental compliance (EPA, DoD, or similar)
- PMP certification
- Experience with ISO 9001/14001 environments
- Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
