What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator - commercial real estate position at Chernoff Boulder Property Development?
About Us
CB Property Management is a commercial real estate development and property management company based in Longmont, Colorado — 650,000 square feet, 350 tenants, Boulder County. We're a lean, high-performing team that works hard and genuinely enjoys what we do. Culture matters here. So does results.
The Role
This is an Executive Assistant role first — and that's not a caveat, it's the point. The primary function of this position is supporting our CEO. Roughly 60% of your time is owning his world: calendar, communications, priorities, follow-through. The remaining 40% is team integration — supporting our Property Management and Facilities Directors and serving as an operational connector across the business.
We're not looking for an office manager. We're not looking for a receptionist. We're looking for the person a high-performing CEO can't operate without.
What You'll Do
● Own the CEO's calendar, inbox, and communications with complete discretion
● Anticipate needs, remove friction, and solve problems before they surface
● Draft correspondence, memos, and executive communications on his behalf
● Manage vendors, open items, and follow-through across the portfolio
● Support the broader team operationally as capacity allows
What You Bring
● 7 years supporting a C-suite executive — true EA experience, not administrative coordination
● Sharp, intuitive, and independently driven — you don't wait to be told
● Tech-savvy with AI tools, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
● Discreet, trustworthy, and professional with sensitive information
● Local to Boulder County — within 30 minutes of Longmont required
● Real estate experience is a plus, not a requirement
Compensation & Benefits
● $75,000 – $95,000 depending on experience
● Health benefits
● High-trust environment, real impact, great team
How to Apply
