What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN Homecare Nurse PRN position at Cherished Home Services LLC?
Cherished Home Services, a Virginia Medicaid-certified personal care agency, is seeking an RN to conduct required face-to-face supervisory visits for our non-medical Personal Care Services clients (CCC Plus Waiver). This is not a skilled nursing role — no clinical/skilled care is provided — the RN visit is a Medicaid compliance requirement to assess and document the client’s plan of care.
Coverage areas (approx. 4 visits/month):
• Hampton – 1 visit/month
• Newport News – 1 visit/month
• Williamsburg – 1 visit/month
• Suffolk – 2 visits/month
Pay: $120 per visit
Schedule: Flexible, PRN
Requirements: Active VA RN license, reliable transportation, willingness to travel between service areas
Nature of role: Supervisory/compliance visits only — no direct skilled nursing care performed
